What to Expect on Your First Visit

1. Before Your Visit
To help ensure a smooth start, we’ll send your new patient forms via text or email for you to complete in advance. If you prefer not to fill out forms digitally, no problem — simply arrive a few minutes early and our friendly team will be happy to assist you.

2. Get Comfortable
Once you arrive, take a moment to relax and enjoy a coffee or sparkling water from our beverage bar while we get everything ready for you. If you’re interested, our team would be happy to give you a tour of the office — just let us know!

3. Comprehensive Exam & Digital Records
We’ll begin with a thorough assessment of your oral health, including X-rays (as needed), a digital scan of your teeth, and a series of high-quality clinical photos. This allows us to evaluate and keep track of your oral health.

4. Teeth Cleaning
A gentle and thorough cleaning to remove plaque and calculus buildup, leaving your teeth feeling fresh and polished.

5. Personalized Review & Oral Wellness Report
We’ll review your results with you and provide a clear, personalized report outlining your oral health and any areas of concern.

6. Complimentary Wellness Add-On

Your first visit is designed to help us get to know you and your oral health goals. Depending on your needs, your appointment may include a comprehensive examination, digital X-rays, intraoral photos, a 3D scan, a professional cleaning, and a personalized discussion of any findings or treatment recommendations.

Most new patient appointments take approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on your individual needs and whether any treatments are completed in the same visit.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment if you have not completed your forms online. To save time, new patient forms can be completed electronically before your visit.

Please bring a piece of photo identification, your dental insurance information (if applicable), and a list of any medications you are currently taking.

Yes. We work with most major dental insurance providers (including CDCP) and can electronically submit claims on your behalf whenever possible. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and maximize your coverage.

Yes. For a limited time, new patients will receive a complimentary Red Light Therapy session and our curated care kit during their first visit. It's our way of helping you relax and experience a little extra care while getting to know our practice.
